Welcome to EverythingEV (everythingtes.app), a website for discovering EV accessories and detailing products and sharing them with a community of owners. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Not affiliated with EV

EverythingEV is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer Vehicle model names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible products. Product names and retailer names mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products and sellers.

Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and able to form a binding contract (or have a parent/guardian's permission) to purchase a paid membership
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure
• Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person

Membership

• "EverythingEV Member" is a paid subscription billed monthly through Stripe. It renews automatically until cancelled
• You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and payments already made are not refunded on a prorated basis
• Prices and membership benefits may change; if they do, changes apply from your next renewal and we will note them on the Members page
• Complimentary memberships granted by the Site owner are free, have no expiry unless revoked by the owner, and carry the same benefits
• Free accounts may post up to 2 posts and 4 comments per day; members are not subject to those daily limits

Community content

• You keep ownership of the posts, comments, and photos you share ("Your Content")
• By posting, you grant EverythingEV a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute Your Content on and in connection with the Site
• You are responsible for Your Content. Do not post content that is illegal, infringing, hateful or harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, spam, or that contains racist, slur, or derogatory language — such content is blocked or removed, and repeat violations may result in account suspension
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe harm the community
• Other users' content reflects their views, not ours

Copyright complaints. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, contact us through the Support page with the content's location and your claim. We will review and remove infringing content promptly.

Shopping and affiliate links

• EverythingEV lists products sold by third-party retailers. When you buy, your purchase is with that retailer, under the retailer's own terms, prices, shipping, and return policies
• Prices and availability for non-Amazon retailers are checked when listings refresh but can change at the retailer at any time. Amazon items show "Price available on website" because Amazon is the source of truth for its own prices and stock
• Many links on the Site are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you buy after clicking, at no additional cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure

Intellectual property

The EverythingEV name, logo, and the Site's original content and design belong to EverythingEV and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Product photos and names shown in listings belong to their respective owners and are displayed to identify the products.

Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverythingEV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, or for the products, prices, or actions of third-party retailers.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above will change, and continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
